Choose seated activity if standing is not safe. Use stable support when standing. Counts reflect game confirmations only and are not medical or rehabilitation measurements.
How to play
Choose seated marching, supported standing marching or self-paced steps. After each comfortable left or right movement, confirm it with the matching large button or arrow key. The game asks for alternating sides. Every six confirmed steps adds a building, and your city remains in this browser for future sessions.
Choose a 24, 48 or 72-step round and one of five cue paces. You may pause or finish early at any time.
Safety
- Choose seated activity whenever standing is not safe.
- If standing, use your usual stable support and clear the nearby floor.
- Keep movements comfortable; the cue is optional, not a target you must follow.
- Stop for pain, dizziness, breathlessness, loss of balance or unusual fatigue.
Only button or key confirmations are counted. The game is not a pedometer and does not measure activity, mobility or rehabilitation progress.
