  • At 6 months, mean LDL-C was 76.3 mg/dL in the intervention group vs 85.6 mg/dL in the control group (adjusted difference −6.62 mg/dL; p=0.004).

  • More patients achieved LDL-C <50 mg/dL (23.5% vs 13.4%) and ≥50% reduction (18.6% vs 13.4%).

  • No significant difference in major cardiovascular events was observed.
