Hydroxychloroquine’s potential in treating inflammatory cardiomyopathy stems from its multifaceted mechanism of action. Unlike broad-spectrum immunosuppressants, HCQ interferes with the acidification of lysosomes, thereby inhibiting the processing and presentation of autoantigens. The HYPIC Trial: Study Design and Methodology
