How to play
The game has three stages. First, place familiar foods in broad food groups. Next, build a weekly basket that meets the displayed group targets without exceeding a fictional budget. Finally, compare like-for-like nutrition labels and choose the option with the requested lower or higher value.
Choose untimed, relaxed, standard or challenge pacing. Touch, mouse and keyboard controls are supported. Prices are game credits created for the puzzle and do not represent local store prices.
Nutrition boundary
Food needs depend on age, culture, allergies, health conditions, medicines and personal goals. The game teaches general label-reading and planning skills; it does not rank an entire food as universally good or bad and does not provide a personalized meal plan. Follow a qualified clinician or dietitian for condition-specific needs.
