Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) remains the primary curative modality for various high-risk hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).
