EMAGINE 1 additionally required a modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 3 to 4 at study entry.

Participants were randomized to receive either active ENTF neuromodulation or sham stimulation. The primary endpoint was the proportion of patients achieving freedom-from-disability, defined as mRS scores 0 to 1 at 8 to 12 weeks post-treatment.
