How to play
Choose 30–240 BPM, a meter and a sound, then start the metronome. For scored practice, tap Tap the beat (or press R) in time with the pulse. Stop after at least 12 taps. Accuracy and consistency form your score; signed-in players can save rewards and join the leaderboard.
Use a slower tempo for an easier session and increase it gradually only when comfortable. The sound, volume, first-beat accent, colors and typography are adjustable. T estimates a tempo from your taps; Space starts or stops playback.
Possible wellness value
Rhythm games may provide an enjoyable way to practise attention, timing and hand–eye coordination. Repeated tapping also creates light, controlled finger, hand and forearm activity. Benefits vary and the game is not proven to treat a condition.
Keep sessions short, use a supported posture and stop with pain, dizziness, fatigue or worsening symptoms. Follow a clinician's rehabilitation instructions when applicable.
