Compare Added Sugars—not just Total Sugars—on two labels
Twelve stable case IDs with versioned, validated fictional values
All labels are fictional educational examples. The game does not label a whole food as healthy or unhealthy and does not provide condition-specific or personal diet advice.

How to play

Each case shows two fictional nutrition labels with the same serving basis. Read the clue, compare the Includes Added Sugars row and choose label 1, label 2 or Same added sugars. Do not answer from Total Sugars alone.

Learn, Relaxed and Standard modes offer an evidence highlight. Challenge mode removes hints. Keyboard controls are 1, 2, 3, H for hint, Enter for the next case and Space to pause.

What this teaches

  • Total Sugars and Added Sugars are not the same label line.
  • Compare amounts using a matched per-serving basis.
  • One nutrient does not describe the whole food or your personal needs.

All values are fictional, versioned educational examples. For allergies, medical conditions or personal nutrition targets, use advice from a qualified clinician or dietitian.
